Will some one get on a fucking bus to the Congo or Afghanistan and let me know how the girls are doing; in terms running this motherfucker?  You know, there’s lots of stuff out there saying this about Beyonce’s new AMAZING song, and I think it’s dumb.  Messages of girl power are good.  Arguing the details of that is pretty trite in a world where many (most?) pop songs involve women who are submissive and objectified.
